Need a probate atty referrel in No VA
« on: June 19, 2005, 06:23:25 PM »
My great aunt recently passed away, leaving everything to my mom, and making my dad executor of her estate. The probate process is driving dad flat nuts. Apparently Loudoun County has rewritten the probate procedures to such an extent that an attorney is needed to avoid getting fined for rules violations.
So, anyone know a good probate attorney in Loudoun County? Can't promise that dad will call them (he's as stubborn as I am) but the info couldn't hurt.

TIA
Gary

Here's a link to the attorneys in Loudoun County who list probate among their services in Martindale-Hubbell.  I do not know any of them, nor am I specifically recommending any of them.  Don't rely too much on the peer review info.  I've known excellent unrated lawyers and less than average AV rated ones.
