Step One - delete vid.
Vids are a pain anyway, slow to load when bandwidth is a problem (which it often is on MySpace). Plus, machines with rudimentary audio/video processing capability usually end up glitching badly on some of the video and audio intensive MySpace spots. Some machines just lock completely until the vid is loaded, then skip or feeze badly as the processor struggles to keep up.
Also, you do have first-rate virus and malware protection, right?
