I bought a package of these at Aldi a few days ago. They were reasonably priced to begin with, then marked down $2. I haven't opened the package yet but they seem to be boneless. I know pork country style ribs are just skinny pork chops; I think cut from the front end of the loin. I've never heard of beef ones before, and these look too small to be the same cut.
Looks like good meat to braise or pressure cook, a bit fatty and tough-looking at the same time. So I thought I'd make Beef Bourguignon in the InstantPot, or cut them up for chili or beef stew. Am I on the right track?
