Title: This ole boy is gettin' a little slow on the uptake
Post by: 230RN on July 03, 2011, 08:10:48 AM: So I'm driving west on 44th Avenue coming out of Golden and in Wheat Ridge I spot a laundromat I never noticed before. Since I usually drop off my laundry, I made a note of it to try them out, but I noticed they had an error in their signage.

It wasn't until about five blocks later that I "got" it. The sign said,

Vide (a circle safe combination dial was here)
Vault

My wife and I looked at that for the longest time trying to figure out what a vide vault was. She then looked at me and said video vault. Duh!! They went out of business, I guess no one else could figure out what a vide vault was.
