Hey guys. One of the nurses here was asking me if I knew any good simple Jambalaya recipes or other recipes of the genre that would make a Southern Louisiana Mama proud of her cookin'.
The men on my Dad's side of the family are some damn fine cooks with some damn fine recipes. So I figured y'all may have some good ones stuffed up your sleeve.
Or have you seen any online that you have tried and like yourself (ie. can recommend with confidence.) :) I appreciate the assistance!
