The latest polls shows the Democrat Kathy Hochul leading the Republican Jane Corwin 42%-38% with Tea Party Fraud Jack Davis, a former Democrat with 12%. This is the seat vacated by the topless Craigslist Congressman.
For me this raises the specter of fake TP candidate(s) in 2012 including the Presidential election. Given the laziness of a lot of voters, someone with Conservative or TP next to their name (or some variation thereof) will get votes. This is to say nothing of an actual Con candidate if a RINO like Romney is nominated.
