I guess I've been away from any New Age friends for too long (or long enough, depending on your definition). I seem to be out of the loop on this topic -- what is a Boca burger, and is Gardenburger a brand, or just a generic description for any pseudo-burger built out of vegetable byproducts? Y'all spell it with a capital 'G' so I'm guessing it's actually a brand?
Anything like the veggie burger that Burger King came out with a few years ago? Those weren't toooooo bad -- with enough ketchup and pickles.
