Anybody else like the stuff? I love it. As bad as it is for the old cholesterol, I have it around once a week as a linguica and egg scramble for breakfast.
I was first introduced to it many years ago in Hawaii. Hanging out at a friend's house, her dad threw it on the grill to go with some evening beers and I was hooked. It's very popular in Hawaii, I guess because of the Portuguese population there. In fact I think Hawaii is the only place where you can order linguica and eggs off the McDonalds breakfast menu.
