"Creative Federalism"
« on: March 01, 2007, 08:02:08 PM »
Tammy Baldwin, my kind and caring US Congress Representive, is proudly displaying her co-authorship of the The Health and Partnership Through Creative Federalism Act.  Creative Federalism.  Creative...Federalism...

I'm a cross-over from THR, and I am looking for a place to express my disgust.

How would you describe "Creative Federalism"?

I already sent her an email asking her to reconsider her choice of legislation.

Creative Federalism: a covert act of circumventing the rights of individuals through federal powers, typically expressed as being "for the good of the public" or "a way to move forward"

And who else would like to see some creative federalism?
