I put the bodies in old oil drums instead of boxes. A lot easier to move that way, and it's also recycling.  :P

We just toss them off the back of a ruck in the back 40 and toss on some lime.....

Cutting them into smallish bits makes them more manageable.  Why wrestle with the whole weight  >:D

Wood chipper ala Fargo (they work best in the clean, white snow)!

This. Plus, several smaller holes are easier to dig than one large one.

Unfortunately it isn't the whole part but the last little bit.

Don't forget to toss the feet and shoes up into Vancouver harbor just to mess with 'em.  =D

LMAO

We had a similar thing years back,  with body parts washing ashore on the southern Lake Erie coast, compliments of mobsters in Deee-troit.

Deep, water filled strip pit.
Plastic sheeting.
several bags of quick-crete cement mix
just another rock on the bottom of a strip mine pit.

Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

You're always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently, the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together.

Got the corpses all bolted together. The slats are giving me a little trouble. "Look screw pattern, arrange to fit". uh... the patterns are identical... Oh hell I can't win.
But kiddo is sleeping on her new bed and new memory foam mattress.  I guess I'll live. Screwing down slats will wait 'til tomorrow. =D

I thought it was supposed to be a water-filled Missouri rock quarry.

OH, it's flat-pack furniture.  Got it.

Did you get a wobbly CD rack and some of those rancid meatballs?

Nah, I have a life-long supply already. Just peeked in on kiddo, she is sleeping peacefully on her new 158 lb. platform bed/mattress. Actually, with the mattress, 188 lbs.  Guess I shouldn't tell her it came in a box, she may be unable to sleep.

1st bed together in 3 hours or so. 2nd bed together in 1hr 23 minutes.  A few more times and I bet I could get it down to under an hour.  =D

Missing a 1/2" socket. I'm thinking it may have inadvertently ended up in the boxes/packing material that are now well on the way to the landfill. Rats, I probably use that socket more than any other...

Everything's done. Just finished vacuuming, replaced the flourescent bulbs in the kitchen, 2 loads of laundry and a load of dishes. <Thumbs twiddling> Don't have to get kiddo for an hour or so. Too wound up to read.  Still can't find that socket.

Maybe you should reload some ammo?

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

I threw away all my powder and primers after the flood. Hey! But I could de-prime and polish some brass =D
