I was going to ask what crime they could possibly have charged him with, but the article finally got there.

So how could this possibly interfere with the operations of a school? Does this school allow its students to spend the school day watching Youtube videos? And who, exactly, was "terrorized?" I wonder if the statute involved even defines "terrorize."

So the school is all upset about a Youtube video, but I'll bet they didn't do jack about the bullying the kid was (allegedly) subjected to. I know our public HS didn't do anything about the bullying my daughter was subjected to. When we complained, they flat-out said it never happened. I know personally a faculty member in the school who assured me that it DID happen.

Our daughter doesn't attend that school any longer.

posting a realistic video of yourself shooting up your school?  that might qualify for getting called into principles office

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Bullying is a very important subset of sociopathy that schools cultivate.
Today's bully makes a very reliable future enforcer of collective values and rules- whether they are moral or not.

Has anyone else noticed the irony that, within a couple of days, a 15-year old posted a video of a video game and was arrested for "terrorizing," but a Navy reject just KILLED twelve people on a navy installation and the awthawritays and talking heads have repeatedly stated that it was NOT an act of terrorism?

Nidal Hasan's attack on Fort Hood likewise was NOT an act of terrorism (so saith the awthawritays and talking heads).

I are confoozled ...
