Of course, being a 'Merican such as I am, I'm an Aspie anyhoo.

stay safe.

I scored higher than average but under the threshhold.

It seems to assume that anyone who scores like I did scores out that way because of the math related questions, which, IMHO, is really stupid, especially considering that autistic spectrum disorders are not the only one's with social interaction issues.

It looks more like a test of introvertedness than anything else.  I scored pretty high.

I scored somewhat left of center. It's a bit odd that the reference data apparently had numerical scores, but all we see is a sliding scale ranging from Low to High. The text of my results said I'm "average."

Scored little of left of center also, 32 pts.  Be interesting how my son would score, he is diagnosed Asperger's which is on the ASD.

I agree, it seems to be more of an introvert test, but that's one of the signs of autism as well.

I'm very much 'functional', but it has affected my life.

I scored higher than average but below the threshold.  I'll have to try harder next time.
It was pretty easy to determine what answers would drive the score higher, so that may have biased the test and the outcome.

The average score for the original control group of this test was 16.4 and your score is roughly in line with this, making it highly unlikely that you are suffering from an autistic spectrum disorder.

I rated somewhat above average. If I had taken this between the ages of 11 and 20, I would have been firmly in the Aspergers country, and not only on paper. My behavior and social interactions would have easily been classified as what my wife calls "Spectrumey." Interestingly, I was able to become much less socially awkward by using aspie-like attention to detail to decode social interactions and pro forma things, which I now enjoy. Less of a "nerd faking it" thing than pretending I am Sherlock Holmes, blending into my surroudings and soaking up all sorts of information from the people I talk to.
