New Judge in Flynn Trial

Wow. Apparently (APS legal eagles weigh in) this is a really big deal, legally speaking. New judge for Mike Flynn, and he's ordering the prosecution to hand over to Flynn's attorneys any and all evidence*, including that which is beneficial to Flynn's defense.

*I (layman) always thought all evidence always had to be shared between attorneys anyway, but I guess not?

Typically, exculpatory information is not required to be turned over when a plea has been done, but I think this judge is particularly sensitive to those issues, given some of his history and cases he’s had,” John Lauro, a former federal prosecutor in New York and defense attorney who specializes in white-collar criminal defense, told Fox News.

I think they made a deal prior to the discovery phase, and so Mueller's witch hunt team didn't hand over everything.
