MSNBC is calling it for Rauner.

It looks like everybody but Pat Quinn is calling it for Rauner.

When I looked at it last night (~9), it was Quinn at 54%.

Can't  say I'm broke up about it.  And, unfortunately, the gov. race is about the only thing that flipped in Ill.
