I think it is yuuge! Trump will come out fine and talking about all the experimental therapies and HCQ he got and the press will go batshit insane because they can't drag him for talking about all the crazy stuff like previously.
If he dies they have to run against Pence who has the Trump policy without the negatives and he calls up somebody fun like Mattis to be his Vice president. Condi Rice, Haley, lots of choices to make heads explode.
