I found this over on THR and wanted to share it with you all.

It is an excellent video of Judge Neopolitano speaking.

He was talking about the Japanese-Americans and Italian-Americans interred during WWII, and he quipped that the term "enemy combatant" hadn't been coined yet.  I don't see the connection.  Maybe he explained it later.  I didn't watch the entire piece.

Everything he said was 100% wrong.  I didn't bother watching any portion of the clip.
He never brought you an unbalanced budget, which is a perennial joke. He never voted himself a wage increase and, to this day, gives back part of his salary every year. He has always voted to preserve the Constitution, cut government spending, lower healthcare costs, end the war on drugs, secure our borders with immigration reform and protect our civil liberties.

I think he may have been joking. I hate FOX also but I find Napolitano to be quite...refreshing. I've read two of his books. The Constitution in Exile and A Nation of Sheep and both would make Bill O'Rielly and Sean Hannity cringe. He considers this so called war on terror a joke and only serving to make more enemies and further strip us of our freedoms. So he gets points for that.

Points on the moron scale?  Tongue  But, hey, anything that annoys Bill or Sean is just fine with me.

And, yeah, I'm sure Rezister was joking.   smiley

Anybody who is too conservative and Constitutional to be nominated by Clinton or Bush for a federal judge's post is more than OK in my book....  grin
