I like her.  I may disagree with her on a few subjects, but damn.

This was not the kind of Labor Day Barbecue I had in mind.

Yeah, that was a bummer.

I figured as much, but I couldn't resist.

I'll be checking tomorrow to find out what happened.  Between you, Pete Abrams, Randy Milholland, Howard Tayler, Phil Foglio, and Michael Terraciano I'm waiting on several "What are you doing here?!?!" stories.

These are by no means all the webcomics I keep up with, but they are favorites and all are stringing me along right now, making me wonder WTF is going to happen.

Ya'll know, they say a Liberal is a Conservative who hasn't been victimized yet. I wonder if this could be what brings Jan over to the Right.

Yeah, but there's two parts to that old saw.  "A liberal is a conservative who's just been arrested.  A conservative is a liberal who's just been robbed."

And this is right in line with what I recall Zell Miller saying in "A National Party No More", that we all have some liberal and some conservative views and it's a matter or reconciling the two with each other.

Panels 3+4 from the link in the original post.

Does any image illustrate so neatly the wrongheadedness of the Obama administration than Americans scrambling in terror from Air Force One?

Now I've got "Girl Genius" in my bookmark bar, and I'll have to check it EVERY DAY! Shocked

Cheesy

Always liked Foglio-I've got "Buck Godot" around here somewhere...

"Buck!  Are you free?"

"No-but I'm available."

No you don't.  They update Mon/Wed/Fri.

I have quite a few webcomics, sorted by 'updating'.  Daily, MWF, TH, Sat, Sun, Erratic.

Then I use firefox's ability to open the whole folder in tabs.  Works great.

Edit:  I didn't really get that strip, the lights red, then yellow and the car's still there?  Where was the green in between?

I'm always glad to help ...

As someone pointed out, it's a 3-times per week update.  However, you have to read two different storylines.  He's presenting the original stories as printed in the comic under GG 101.  For those who have read the printed comics and are caught up, he's been continuing the storyline under GG Advanced.

I know several people who couldn't wait, so they ordered the printed comics so they could catch up to the Advanced storyline.  Heh.

One of these days I have to get around to reading his Buck Godot stuff.  I've got all his Phil & Dixie collections around the house somewhere.

By the way, you're going to LOVE the Jagermonsters.

Yeah, they're a hoot.  Heck, I loved them when I saw how they operated back in the beginning of 101.

That can't be the end of the storyline, Chris.  What about the part where the family of the thief hires a lawyer, who files a civil suit against Jan for making her car such an irresistible target, and against the railroad for not providing better guardrails at the crossing?
