While I'm rather...irritated... about the original incident, this is frelling hilarious.

I am struck though by the fact that unlike sheet music, I can't look at the score(?) for this and hear it in my head.

You know, when I first heard this story, I was on the side of people saying police brutality.  Then I watched the video, and somewhere around the tenth dozen time the cops yelled "STAND UP, STAND UP, STAND UP, STAND UP" I wanted to taze him myself.  One giant idiot and a bunch of lesser idiots yelling it's an abuse of power.  If you can't follow a simple instruction the first twenty times, you are not Playing Nice and do not deserve to think the cops will either.

Exactly. I love Lawdog's blog, but because of work haven't checked it in about a month. Boy, I don't know how I managed to do that. The stress just melts away as you sit back and enjoy his humor.
