Color me intrigued too. Although I probably ought to just keep my nose to the girndstoen with Monkeyleg and see to it that WI has CCW so such a pistol would actualy be practical.

Honestly though, I probably should just take my Glock 26 to a gun store that has a PPS in stock and hold them side-by-side to see if the extra 1/4" of savings is worth shelling out the $600 or whatever one is running for.
I promise not to duck.

Considered it, opted for Keltec PF-9 instead.

No.

I think it's really, really good looking.

The grey is nice to me, for some reason.

The Walther forums people seem to like it.  People are having minimal reliability problems.  To me, it seems like problems associated with the normal breakin for any semiauto.

I think I may sell my Mossberg 500 and put the money towards it.  I did a 3 gun on Sunday, and the Mossie REALLY messed up my already messed up back....

Does it jam like the earlier versions?

I was next to a guy at the range y'day who was cursing his.  Pretty gun, though, no doubt about that.

Have the non-special editions hit the market yet?

From what I read on the Walther Forum, it seems to be a gray area.
