It's worth noting that women WILL be held to the same standard as men in combat. That's the nature of war.

And the problem with that is that it will inevitably get women (and men) unnecessarily killed when the women who are help to the standard in situ fail to meet it.

There was a black militiaman on the Lexington green!  I don't know if he was killed though.
