MTAC from Comptac is it for me. I find it sits well at about 2:30 for me. But then, I'm on the large side.

Is that technically a pancake holster?

I don't consider the MTAC to be a pancake.  I love mine and it's a great rig.  But to me, pancake = OWB and 100% leather... a "short stack" of two pieces of leather with the meat of the gun (predominantly a revolver) contained inside, the slope of the leather blurring the thickness of the revolver's cylinder.
