Title: Insurrection?

Say, doesn't this fit our current definition of insurrection? Shouldn't these people be tracked via their phones, arrested, and held without bail? "Barricading" is a trigger word.

What are these mostly peaceful agrarian reformers demanding, exactly? (other than attention and "fight the power" feels)
