ISIS lost it's physical territory but they are still a potent force.

It seems like it's going to be hard thing to eradicate them completely.

One hope is maybe the allure of the money will be so strong that greed overtakes militantism and the leadership gets more interested in making money rather than engaging in terrorism.

I have to wonder how long this would last if being part of the hawala system ended up with one's head on a pike in the local public square.
