Apologies if some of you have seen this before, but I just found it today.  Its a helpful list, with links and whatnot, of the various rumours about Governor Palin and why they are false:

Perd Hapley:
On the news today, I was shocked - SHOCKED - to learn that Todd Palin - her husband - was a witness in some legal proceeding related to "TrooperGate." 

   Gasp.  Scandal!  Corruption!

Wait a minute, though.  If domestic violence was alleged, it's not surprising that the Trooper's brother in law was a witness, is it?
