A decline in politeness here in APS...just my perception?

I noticed the decline as well, but just chalked it up to global warming. And Fistful. 

But seriously, folks around here are still pretty much well-behaved and the obnoxiousness tends to come and go in cycles. Plus there are usually only a few culprits at the root of it and they can easily be ignored.

Guys, and Gals, there are a small handful that can not conduct themselves without name calling (Fistful, that jackass, comes to mind) (Yes, I'm joking).  The rest of us seem to be able to self police.  You can either hit the "report post button" (as previously mentioned), or shoot myself or one of the other mods a question with "I think this is over the line, what's your take?".

The mods do that a lot.  We discuss wheather or not a post is over the imaginary line in the sand.  I'm open to discussion.  I'm also one to send out Private Messages to some of the "better" members with something to the effect of- "Dude, Chill".  It's that whole "Friends" thing.

If anyone (well, almost anyone) has any questions for myself (and presumably any of the other mods) shoot me a PM, I'd be more than happy to discuss anything....

This forum, by design, is supposted to be all of our forum....

I'll tell ya, I got this little Colt Challenger from my FIL's estate and I put some CCI Velocitors in that thing and it shoots pretty sweet. It has that sound of authority. 

I may discriminate against gray tailed squirrels, but not calibers. I love them all. 

Meanwhile, back in Chicago, they take all the fun out of it.

Heh, heh.   My ideology is actually being for stuff.  Only the liberal, statist socialists are against stuff....like individual freedom and personal responsibility for example.
