Judge overturns federal handgun ban for 18-20 year old adults... an SAF lawsuit.

It supposedly is in effect right now. =D
Who knows how this is going to shake out?

I think a few states already have laws regarding 21 to buy a handgun. I know my state, it is codified at 21 for a handgun.
That will be interesting.

In even many solid red states it's 21.
21 to buy a handgun is I think pretty much the only thing Ky get dinged on by some gun rights groups on their lists

If the ruling sticks, the 21 law for states should fall eventually also.
Of course, that's a big if.
My state is 18 to buy a handgun (or carry) I believe.

Idaho is one of the weird ones where you have to be 21 to purchase, but can carry at 18.

Never been to Idaho, but I'd imagine you can stop there. =D
