We've been hit by a blizzard

The local news said we might get 2" of snow, we got 2 FEET!!  As Rush said, "it's going to snow till Algore cries uncle."  It's still coming down... :O

We're supposed to get up to 10" of the global warming between tonight and tomorrow night, forcing me to fill up the tractor and leave for work in Madison a bit earlier tomorrow morning.   =|

We supposed to get 5-8 inches of Globular Woerming overnight....  I told the 16 year old to set her alarm so she can get up early and shovel.

Its not global warming, it is now climate change, get your facts straight.  So, of course we're causing it.....
On a bright note, its over 50* here in NoVA today.  Some melting going on, I'm going to go clear the boat of snow and let the kids play in the driveway.

We haven't had so much as a flake in the Mid-Willamette Valley all winter.  The state climatologist had predicted a snowier than normal winter for the area this year.  Disappointed, I am.

The way the snow is melting right now, it's not going to hang around long.  The street is melted where the cars drive and the snow is sliding off of my car in the driveway.

Keep the boat handy. Up here in the potomac headwaters things are melting so fast we are going to be quite flooded already by the time it starts raining tomorrow.

Very moderate and slow melt here.  50* today.  I wish it would just hit 70 and melt quick....

Yep, a lot of fears here in Iowa for a repeat of '08 this spring. A lot of the levees that broke in '08 are not repaired so spring is going to be real interesting here.

Slow, steady melting is preferred in my neck of the woods.  The spring of '08 is still very fresh in my mind, too.
