Posted a while back re:son going to Europe (England and France) for a couple weeks as part of his Master's Program. He called a couple nights ago:"Dad, last night we ran into a couple people (females?) and they said Clapton's playing just down the street tonight! This is our day off so everyone slept in but I got up and went to see about tickets" He ranted, as usual, about the exchange rate. Trip of a lifetime so tightwad sprung for a ticket to see Clapton at Royal Albert Hall!!! " I might call after the concert!" Needless to say he did. Awesome concert and he was very impressed with the cathedral-like hall. For the last three days SWMBO keeps mumbling "I can't believe he got to see Clapton...at Royal Albert Hall!!!!"
Haven't heard anymore since they left for Paris. Warned him about the little French girls, like I'd have any idea.........
