Alan Ladd Jr, AKA "The Guy Who Got Star Wars Greenlit". Alien was also during his tenure as studio head. His later production company was responsible for some damn fine flicks, too, including Bladerunner, The Right Stuff, and Police Academy.

I've seen several interviews with him and he always struck me as a pretty low-key guy, someone you might enjoy having a beer with.
