Cute ad, but the product is nearly completely lost. It was only when I watched the ads a second time that I saw Fiber One down in the corner.

Ditto for the Kashi power bars (the peanut butter ones, anyway).  Pretty filling, too.  Just don't eat more than one until your system is used to the HUGE amounts of fiber and flaxseed in them.
