Look at our own collection of guns, accessories and reloading supplies and try to imagine how bad a hostile, anti-gun media could portray you in a hit piece.
What about the pipe bombs. Maybe victimless, but we've targeted people as "terrorists" for similar.
We're targeted people as terrorists for nodding when a planted officer spouted off on blowing up stuff, protesting NATO and quoting Family Guy on Twitter. Not exactly a good rule of thumb anymore. Could be Tannerite, black powder or cannon fuse. Virtually every person has the necessary supplies in their house to make pipe bombs, especially if you have a number of cleaners. Gimme five minutes looking through your house, and I could prove you're a bomb making subversive terrorist.

Waiting for the conviction. Though, that's not very telling these days either. She may be guilty, she may be not guilty, she might be guilty of minor stuff with overblown charges to force a plea deal. That last one is near SOP in many locations, from what I understand. Throw the book, and the defendants nearly always plea out to a lesser crime to avoid the possibility of going away for a very long time.
