It's absolutely infuriating.  And unfortunately, there's a lot more the company could be doing that they're not.  Mostly, I'm guessing, because of costs.  There are certain agreements in place involving other agencies that are not being enforced, and we're the only side of the agreement living up to the terms.  And that's putting our medics at risk.
