...Challenging them to come on and get a "big ol' piece of dis". Tonight I hope they accept his challenge and one or three of them come into the yard, and are then slow enough for him to catch them (not likely, but a man can dream). Yes, I know they're just wild brutes, doing what nature gave them the biology to do, but I can't deny that after them killing my sweet lil' Zsa Zsa, I wouldn't mind seeing Bowser rip one or five of them limb from limb. Yeah. I guess I'm holding a grudge here. Bad me.

I almost had one, at his place, with the .303 but it was too dark at the time, for proper shooting.  I'd have hit it with the van but that would be hard explaining that to the wife

I was reading about coyotes the other day (prompted by a blog post that would probably get a big reaction around here) - seems they have been known to kill dogs much larger than themselves.

Why is he chasing coyotes?

I saw Sha Na Na a couple times, they were GREAT!!

A coyote will sometimes lure a domestic dog off and then the whole pack will jump on the dog and kill it.

And ... we have a cougar using our ash pit for a litter box - how about that?
