For that can't see the link, an elderly couple are leaving some place through a covered entry area.  Just beyond them a bear had wandered up and stood still when the couple stepped out.  Looks like it is maybe 20 feet way.  The bear seems to continue wandering through once the couple walk off.

Saw this one.  A snowboarder using a selfie stick didn't realize a big bear was chasing her.  May be fake I guess.

All that wouldn't have happened to my eighth grade teacher.

It was strongly suspected by all of us that she actually had eyes in the back of her head.

Or at least one, anyway.

Yeah... there's no "may" on that one.

But the warning of being aware of your surroundings is an important one.

Remember a study where they had trackers on cougars and were surprised at how often the cougars were within mere feet of people who had zero clue they were there.   

BTW: Cougars as in the feline kind

Which leads me to think the first video is a fake. Around 0:10 - 0:13, as the guy is locking the door and then turning back toward the street ... How could he NOT see the bear standing there? He was looking right at it.
