Quick USGP question
« on: June 25, 2006, 07:10:31 PM »
Ok, not having SPEED for the past few years, I haven't gotten to see a lot of F1 races.  I'm thinking about heading to the USGP this weekend, and trying to plan the rest of my weekend.  About how long do the races last?  If I remember correctly, they wern't quite as long as NASCAR races, I am thinking in the hour and a half to two hour range?

Also, is parking the same there as for the Indy 500?  I remember parking overght in one of the fields for $10 two years ago.
I still say 'Give Detroit to Canada'

Last year's was 90 minutes.  It took me longer to get out of the parking lot than to watch the race.

Actually, I have an extra parking pass for lot #3 (I think).  Let me know if you want it.

CatsDie is on the money. Also don't forget there are two preliminary races in the AM. There is a BMW series race, and a Porsche Supercup race.
