I'm becoming a Bill Barr fan. I'm watching all these video clips of the hearings. All these dems are talking about what a rude person Barr is "interrupting them". What I'm seeing is them talking, even asking him questions, and as soon as he starts to answer, they yell at him for interrupting them and "take their time back". Total political theater, but he has been awesome about throwing it back in their faces. Also, his staff was not rainbow enough. They can't deal, which warms my heart. Example:

Ever see any of the Nazi show trials? Exact same tactic used

Is there a concept of "I'm reclaiming my time" under Robert's Rules of Order?

I thought this was good commentary from more of a centrist angle.

If the chair is corrupt and doesn't let people speak you can conduct an appeal to the audience and talk over the chair.

Not sure, but Ben Shapiro said it is against procedure when interviewing a witness.

Typical. Throw an accusation at an opponent based on what you yourself do.
Remember the infamous Roseanne Barr-Tom Selleck interview? Poor Tom hardy got a word in with her ranting.
Useta be any search at all would yield videos of that horrendous example of boorishness on Rosie's part.
Nowadays, this rather tepid reference to it comes up:

Well, time passes on and water goes under the bridge, and bygones be bygones, but I remembered being outraged at her loud and overbearing self-righteousness.
Yep, throw your own bad activity back at the opponent. SOP, with lefties.
Yep, she apologized after the overwhelming negative reaction.
Yep, I apologize for this post in advance of the overwhelming negative reaction.

I haven't watched that in years. It reminded me of what a good example it is of what happens when logical people attempt to debate (even when tricked into it) illogical people. Also what the sheeple believe when you hear the audience clapping when Rosie uses a stupid talking point. Yes, it's her show, but Selleck was a heart throb at that time for that demographic as well, so you would think some of the women in the audience might applaud him when he made a good point.
