Are you suggesting that they're having cosmetic surgery to obtain narrower jaws, longer noses, and larger foreheads for the guys, and larger jaws and smaller foreheads for the women?
Hair style is one thing. Those things are hard to change.
And that's without things like us being able to tell gay brains from straight brains using things like MRIs.
