Well someone threw what is described as a "incendiary device" onto the roof of my local Krispy Kreme

Found this and it makes me wonder

Knowing people like that are behind those over-hyped McDonuts really has me rethinking my Zionism...

Military drones for use at the "Infantryman" level are not physically hardened much more than a DJI drone.  For anyone planning on being a partisan.

Hence gaffer's tape is part of the field kit for at least the RQ-11s and RQ-20s.  =)

Though with their EOIRs, they can get what they need and do their smoke and target painting at well out of resistance fighter range. And with something like a Switchblade, I reckon by the time you see it, it's moving too fast for you to do anything about it.

Well, that was special.

Price had slipped to $3.34 at the Global, and a few pennies more at Wawa.

Until yesterday, when it went up to $3.59 a gallon at both.

Holiday gas pricing, I guess.

I'll stick with #4 birdshot for non-military UAVs.  Denser patterns.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall at USSS HQ when they read that the G-man were primed to cap them if needed.

And yeah, Ben's right that LE "SOP" needs a serious looking at.  I don't necessarily agree, but it makes me sympathize with the defund the popo crowd.  They don't believe reform will be allowed, and they are getting shot at, stomped, and tased by these SOP's, and still not seeing much crime reduction, so what's the point of LE again?

That entire case is ridiculous.  Heavily underscores how easily judges will issue search warrants.  Also makes it laughable when LE agencies argue they shouldn't need search warrants.  They are all rubber stamped anyway.  And we also see that federal judges won't punish anyone for exceeding the warrant.

And I saw arguments that the language in this warrant was "Standard Operating Procedure". I would argue that a raid on an ex-President's home, guarded by Secret Service, is anything but SOP.

I would also argue that the rest of us should ignore that it was Trump and look at the fact that deadly force is SOP for document raids for Joe Blow citizen. If your "standard form" calls for a thumbs up on deadly force whether it's a white collar warrant or a gangbanger who murdered people warrant, it's time to revise your SOP. And maybe make a specific form regarding the ATF and dogs.
