I can break into any NT/2K/03 system as long as no BIO password is set in about 5 minutes. Just boot from this:
http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/IME, editing passwords didn't work so well, but it easily erased the admin password.
Oh, and I second Gew98's comments about the HP LJ4. They are pretty much bombproof.
