Amazing video with Bill Gates

Even if you don't agree with the guy's politics or hate his software and there are legitimate reasons to do both it's still amazing to see budget issues broken down in such an intelligent manner.

I'd like to hear your thoughts.

My thoughts?  Eliminate all programs that are not mandated by the state constitutions.  Eliminate unfunded federal mandates.  We bleed now or we die later.

What Jami said.  And put a sunset provision of 7 years in any money bill, to be re-debated and needing 3/5 for passage to continue.
