Weathercaster edition --
I was just watching a brief video about a new super typhoon in the Indian Ocean. The narrator seemed to have an American accent (definitely not British or Aussue), but his pronunciation of "kilometer" really threw me for a loop. He pronounced it "KIL'-low-me-ter" once, and "KIL'-low-ME'-ter" a couple of other times.
I have always heard it pronounced "kih-LAH'-meh-ter" -- have I only ever heard it spoken by Brits? How do y'all pronounce it?
