I suppose I could record my alert phone as a .wav file if somebody wants it...

I'll get the microphone ready, and have my wife call me from work later this week.

In the meantime, how about a submarine's dive klaxon?

My "standard" ringtone is Inna Gadda da Vida....

And on the rare occasions when Jen calls me voice, well, you can guess what tune I used...

My usual ringtone is the Foamy ringer: "Hey! Follow the sound of my voice, and kill whoever is holding the phone!". I NEVER mistake my ringer for someone else's!

Where did you find a Foamy ringer? I assume you're talking about the squirrel...

Mine is fron the intro to Pink Floyd's Time. It starts right at the point the clocks start going off. A definite classic. Prior to that, I used the standard TV "RRRRIIINNNNGGGG" as well. Clear and to the point.

Google "foamy + ringtone", and you should find it. Originally posted on the cell-phone rant...

I have a rooster crowing for my ringtone, it gets some weird looks from people, even people who have heard it 20 times.

On my privious phone I had the theme for The Simpsons, but I wasn't going to pay $2.99 for that ringtone again.
