Writ of Certiorari presented to SCOTUS...
« on: February 25, 2012, 10:23:55 AM »
Here's a Writ of Certiorari from the MSSA that has been presented to the Supreme Court pertaining to the Obamacare case, United States Department of Health and Human Services v. State of Florida. Should make for an interesting read, enjoy.

Fun tidbit:

    "The individual insurance mandate of
the Affordable Care Act is an impermissible
modification of Montana’s 1889 contract for
    statehood."

Not a writ, FYI - that's what the Supreme Court issues to demand records for review
"Human existence being an hallucination containing in itself the secondary hallucinations of day and night (the latter an insanitary condition of the atmosphere due to accretions of black air) it ill becomes any man of sense to be concerned at the illusory approach of the supreme hallucination known as death."

I thought it was Latin ???
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.
