Of course, since the above article is reprinted on Lew Rockwell dot comm, it would necessarily be total bunk and everyone here on APS will immediately be in favor of more gun control  :P

Sure, for most common vermin, but not federally protected vermin. Your state got a fed can't enforce that law here, law? Good luck with that.
