The forum hasn't figured out that we are now on daylight time. How/where do I change my account to a different time zone so it knows what time it is here?

I found I have to reset the time manually pretty often. As I once mentioned, conversions from Greenwich time to our time zones can be a bit of a nightmare, largely depending on which side of noon or midnight Greenwich is and where you are on the International Date line, which is not a line.  Nor, by the way, are the time zone "lines," eg. degrees of longitude, and some areas don't even use Daylight Savings Time (Arizona?).

I long ago decided it was easier to just set it manually for the Center Of My Observable Universe (COMOU, Golden, Colorado), although this time around, it was corrected (105°) with the auto set feature.  Yay!

Now this is weird, as of this morning the forum is displaying the wrong time on all posts despite it showing the right time in my settings. it's showing UTC on all posts despite the time offset being set correctly. Was correctly working until this morning. Again it shows the correct time in my settings. Something changed somewhere.

Oops -- no, it's not. The time shown for when I just posted is 4 hours off from the actual time here. That's not just a daylight savings time error.

No matter what I change the time offset to it always displays the same time (UTC).
As far as I'm aware it started this morning. Was working fine.
It's the same on different computers and with both Brave and Firefox

Tried that several times yesterday and it didn't work, no matter it was set to it displayed the same time. Annnd today it works. Something was stuck in the server's cache is my guess
