My old web camera (ancient web camera) died with an update to windows some years ago. When Covid started, getting web cameras became quite the problem, so I was soldiering through attending meetings on my phone (pain the ass!).

I hooked it up to my newly upgradede laptop over the weekend, and while I didn't attend a meeting, I did some general testing of it and so far it looks like a pretty good piece of kit.
It does a really good job at automatically balancing light levels in the room and it has a pretty wide field of view.
I have a meeting coming up this week, so we'll see how it does, but so far, not bad.
