1: He believe the government is here to protect us from ourselves.
2: He believes we should not be able or want to protect ourselves, especially through gun control.
3: He believes it OK to punish hard work and reward lack of work through his social programs.
4: He believes that we should look to Europe and it's failed policies as a guide for America, instead of seeing us as the best system out there, albeit with a few flaws to iron out.
5: He's a spokesmen for Chicago corruption, radical leftists, and domestic terrorists like Bill Ayers.

He's woefully inexperienced at the executive level.
His Iraq policy is misguided.
His stated capital gains tax policy will decrease revenue.
His position on RKBA seems 'flexible' at best.
He is an arrogant blowhard who has written two autobiobraphies before finishing his first term as a Senator.

1. He doesn't understand the Constitution.
2. He will ignore the Constitution.
3. He won't follow the Constitution.
4. Okay, he might follow the Constitution, but only if he has something to gain.
5. $9.5+ trillion debt

(Now ask me 5 reasons not to vote for McCain  undecided)

1. Because he believes in redistributing wealth, a fascist ideal.
2. Because he believes that government must regulate the workings society, a fascist ideal.
3. Because he believes that bureaucracies are the way for government programs to be run, despite their obvious inefficiencies, a fascist ideal.
4. Because he believes so many aspects of society (education, health, retirement, etc) must not only be overseen but actually RUN by the government, a fascist ideal; and lastly,
5. Because he's a fascist.

Didn't we spend the last 100 years fighting fascism?  Haven't all the other fascist and far left countries either failed completely (USSR), crumbled to insignificance (Cuba), dwindled in incompetency (much of Europe) or seen the light and head down the path of capitalism (China)?  Why then does Obama (and so many other Americans) want to steer America towards an ideology that has been proven to NOT WORK???

And, in addition to all the great stuff above...

because Obama, at bottom, isn't even really a politician who knows the street, he's essentially a writer who has a romantic view of Marxism and confuses even that with his own ego.

eflatminor,

change the word "fascist" for "socialist" and you are correct.

1) He believes the 2A applies only to hunters, and doesn't realize the true importance of it. He also wants to take away our right to carry a weapon for personal defense.  I don't respect a politician who hides behind armed guards, but wants to disarm me "for the children".
2) He doesn't support the troops one iota (he'd rather hold a rally for German youths than go see wounded veterans (also he'd rather lie and say he had "a prior appointment" when one of the Army bases in Texas (don't recall the name) wanted to host a town hall for him...instead of being honest and tell them him and his family had scheduled a vacation to Hawaii))
3) He'd rather deal with terrorists and enemies of our country diplomatically, than use the force that is often necessary for people who understand nothing but force.
4) He wants to tax everyone to death.
5) His wife is quoted as saying that illegal immigrants shouldn't live in fear of being deported. Personally, this is a slap in the face to any family that went through legitimate means, the time, and the money for a family member to immigrate to the United States. My wife and I paid hundreds of dollars, and were seperated for six months while I waited for her visa to be processed, and I find it personally disgusting any politician would want to waive his magic wand and instantly everyone gets green cards.

1. He's a Chicago politician with all the trimmings - high taxes, government uber alles, etc.
2. Anti-2A, see above.
3. Peculiar view on racism. When you continue to sit under Jeremiah Wright, you either a) agree with what he's saying or b) disagree, but don't think it's a big deal. I don't see him running any pogroms/purges/whatever, but it's a pretty good indication of a warped/weak character.
4. Immigration policy. I knew he would be trouble here when I heard 'yes we can' = 'si se puede', the rallying cry of the illegals. I only remember that because traffic to work was so astonishingly light when they were demonstrating last year, and I hoped they would keep it up.
5. His wife rules the family, and she's a nutter.

A guy with strong character should be able to take a position such as El Presidente without decades of experience and do alright. Somebody without doesn't need to be within miles of the Oval Office... see Jimmy Carter. A weaker soul leans one way, then the other, with no coherent goal in mind.

1. I don't want universal health-care, when half of our country is too fat from eating fast food.
2. I'd like to keep my AK, thank you very much.  To be honest, I'd like to buy a few more, and a Barrett to boot.  In fact, how about we just keep (some of) the gun laws we have?
3. More government is not the answer to everything.
4. He is too much charisma and not enough intelligence.
5. I am not confident in his ability to uphold the constitution (see #2).
6. I am truly scared of any potential SCOTUS appointee's he may have.
7. I very much dislike Joe Biden.
8. He's dirty (his wife gets a promotion and a 160% raise once he becomes a Senator, WHAT?!?).
9. I don't like how his supporters support him because he makes them FEEL good.  Never you mind his voting record, oh wait, see #10.
10. His "voting record" or shall I say his roll call?
11. Jeremiah Wright was a mentor to him for 20 years.  That's creepy.
12. Inexperience.
13. Immigration.
14. The fact that so many of my "intelligent" idiot friends are voting for him, even when they are gun owners!
15. The media loves him, so obviously he is not the candidate for me.

Something to wake up to:

Quote
Ohios got to make sure there is no overtime this time, Mr. Biden said, alluding to the 2000 election that was settled by the Supreme Courts review of votes in Florida.

He said until Mr. Obama is able to make appointments to the Supreme Court we cant count on it being fair.
