Ezell V Chicago ruling
« on: September 30, 2014, 05:22:29 PM »
Looks like we won the big ones, but lost some of the small ones.

The "Everyone working there must have a FOID card", won't survive once a range is up and running and the first out of state (IN or WI) employee applies.

Ruling here:  (Only 32 pages.)

I'll also through this in here however, if it goes the same way as the other thread, it will be disappeared also.  Capiche?

I certainly foresee a disparate impact lawsuit coming up.  That the regulations are an undue burden on the right.

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
