I looked at that when you posted it, but (unless I'm not seeing something) it doesn't seem to have:

USB port for a flash or hard drive,
Wireless of any kind
Gigabit ethernet
Guest wireless

I'm kinda looking for all those.

@Marnoot...

Thanks for the input on the Buffalo.  I'm kinda leaning that way at the moment.

These Asus router models have what you're wanting feature wise:

802.11ac:
RT-AC66U
RT-AC56U

802.11n:
RT-N66U

I don't have any personal experience with Asus routers, just their motherboards. But their motherboards have been good so far, and as mentioned I've heard good things about their routers.

The above models are around $150+ I think. You can drop under $100 if you lose the requirement for a separate guest wifi network (RT-N56U).

The Buffalos are hard to beat price-wise, that's why I bought the one I did, hopefully they've improved things a bit in the past couple years.

The RT-N56U be shiney!   :O

Under $100, TWO usb ports...  and if I really want a guest network, I could use my current router for that and just turn it on when folks are here.
The temptation is great.

If it doesn't have wireless then I picked the wrong one out of the list.  I'll look again.

Thanks lee.  I'll have to look at that a bit closer when I have more time.
