I did not know that there were people who relocated wild beehives.

Beekeepers are all about rehoming swarms.

I wouldn't call them wild, more like feral. Honeybees are not native to North America.

Did you know there are people who truck hives around the whole country on a contract basis to where needed for pollination? 

I loved the thermal imagery of the wall.

My neighbor is a fairly large commercial beekeeper, and he tells me bees come in from all over the country when the almond trees in the San Joaquin Valley are blooming. It used to cut into his business, but I guess with all the bee die offs going on the last few years, there's not even enough to go around now.
